Jérôme Nadeau


Corporate Vice-President, Legal Affairs
 


 

Hailing from the Beauce region, Jérôme Nadeau holds a law degree from Université de Sherbrooke and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2004. He also earned a certificate in business law in 2006.

Jérôme joined Cascades in 2006 as a Legal Advisor. He has since risen through the ranks, taking on key roles with the Specialty Products Group’s management team while continuing to support Cascades Inc. in a variety of areas. In 2017, he was appointed Vice-President, Legal Affairs for the Specialty Products Group, adding corporate services to his responsibilities. In 2021, Jérôme assumed responsibility for managing the legal affairs of the Containerboard Packaging Group, combining the Specialty Products Group, Corporate Services and the Containerboard Packaging Group. In February 2024, Jérôme was promoted to Corporate Vice-President, Legal Affairs, and is now responsible for all of Cascades’ legal affairs, adding the Tissue Group to his current responsibilities.

In these various positions, Jérôme has acquired extensive experience in commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financing and commercial litigation.

Since 2021, Jérôme Nadeau has been involved with the Fondation Charles-Bruneau by participating as a cyclist in the Tour CIBC Charles-Bruneau to raise funds for pediatric cancer research. He also sits on the boards of a wide range of non-profit organizations in Centre-du-Québec. A family man, Jérôme plays an active role in the activities of his two children, Charles and Frédérique.
